Luminaria
A very special luminaria lighting ceremony is planned.

Luminaria are a way of honoring someone
that is a cancer survivor or remembering someone that fought the fight,
but is no longer with us. Each luminary can have a special message.
Luminaria can be purchased by contacting following the link below, printing out the order and sending it to the address on the bottom. Luminaries can also be purchased at the Relay for Life during the afternoon and early evening of August 1st. A luminary order form is also available by following the link to the Luminaria Order Form. Luminaria are placed around the track with a candle and lighted just before 10:00 p.m. on the night of August 4th. It makes an impressive ceremony to see all the lights. Walking around the track with the glow of the luminaria brings a warm light to the track and to the hearts of everyone. |
