EARLY BANK DAY:  
July 22nd, 2008, Trinity Lutheran Church 140 North 7th Avenue from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
July 31st, 2008, Trinity Lutheran Church 140 North 7th Avenue from 9:00am to 7:00pm.

TEAM COMMITMENT FEE AND TEAM LOGO, AND T-SHIRT ORDER 
May 13th, 2007  Date for team captains to get their team registration money turned in along with the T-shirt order.
T-shirts will be available for pick up at June 24th meeting at the West Bend Clinic.

Teams are to be made up of 8-15 members. The registration fee is $150.00 per team.

FUNDRAISING APPLICATIONS
Any team that plans to sell or raffle any item at the event must complete an application and return it by Wednesday July 23rd. Applications are available from  Larry Koziol at 262-338-1996 

All money must be turned in by 8:00 p.m. on Friday August 3rd to be counted as a part of the team total. Money turned in after that time will be accepted, but not be included in team total information available at the American Cancer society Relay For Life on August 1 & 2, 2008
